Vas a la opción Import, pegas tu texto y puedes eliminar las palabras que no te interesan. hay muchas opciones de personalización. Solo deja descargas tres figuras, pero hay muchas más páginas que hacen lo mismo.

Ya tengo por ahí algunos scripts en R para automatizar esa tarea, pero ahora me le limitado a buscar y reemplazar en word. He dejado el "Si" porque me ha parecido interesante desde un punto de vista estético que presida la imagen.
