El Banco Europeo de Inversiones (BEI), Caixa Catalunya y "la Caixa" han firmado este jueves un acuerdo por el que se comprometen a financiar el Programa de energía y cambio climático de la Diputación de Barcelona, por valor de 500 millones de euros.
