#13 #8 Me parece errónea como titular directo. Con unas simples comillas para indicar que es una cita, no me parecería errónea. En el original tampoco incluyen las comillas, por lo que se puede considerar que el artículo está de acuerdo con dicho titular, y de ahí el voto de "errónea".
