meneame.net/ A Spanish copy of Digg, which looks almost identical to it, released the code under some General Public License. Be forewarned, the site is in Spanish. If you want to download the code, click the following link on their site (in the 3rd paragraph): "se puede bajar de aquí." It's in PHP/Javascript.
