Human Rights Watch (HRW) ha denunciado este lunes que los ataques contra la población civil libia cometidos por las milicias enfrentadas por el control de Trípoli podrían considerarse crímenes de guerra. El documento publicado por HRW acusa tanto a la Alianza del Amanecer Libio, establecida en Misrata, como a la coalición de milicias de la localidad montañosa de Zintan de atentar indiscriminadamente contra la población civil durante 5 semanas de enfrentamientos....
