In the first 25 days of the war, Iran has fired 470 missiles on Israel. After the first three days in which 170 missiles were fired, the daily number of missiles dropped, stabilizing at 10-15 missiles per day. Last weekend the rate of fire rose slightly, with twenty missiles fired on Tuesday.
Data on the total number of missiles fired from Iran was provided by the military. Ten days ago, the military gave more specific information providing data on missile distribution per day for the first 15 days of fighting. But since then, it has not provided a daily breakdown.
On Tuesday, the IDF Spokesperson said that Iran has been firing on average ten missiles a day at Israel. However, in the last seven days there have been more than ten barrages per day, amounting in all to more missiles than in the previous week.
In the first 25 days of fighting, there have been nine direct impacts from Iranian missiles: two in Tel Aviv, and in Beit Shemesh, Jerusalem, Be'er Sheva, Zarzir, Arad, Dimona and Safed. Four of those nine missile hits were in recent days. In addition in the last 25 days, 35 cluster missiles have penetrated Israel's air-defense systems dropping dozens of bomblets that have hit over 190 urban locations, mostly in central Israel.
