El Observatorio Contra la Homofobia de Cataluña (OCH) ha interpuesto una denuncia ante la Fiscalía Provincial de Barcelona contra la histórica dirigente feminista Lidia Falcón por delitos de odio al vincular, presuntamente, la homosexualidad con la pedofilia y la pederastia. El OCH considera que las declaraciones de Lidia Falcón podrían vulnerar derechos fundamentales, sobre todo, por el carácter político de la cuenta de Twitter "Partido Feminista de España CAT".
